Ingredients:

oil of choice (grapeseed, olive, vegetable)

onion, chopped

red bell pepper, chopped

head broccoli

carrot, peeled & chopped into half-moons

ground beef (or other ground meat)

soy sauce

brown sugar

apple cider vinegar

sriracha

clove garlic, minced

ramen noodles, packets discarded

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet/pot, heat oil and add all the chopped vegetables. Sauté until almost tender.
  2. Add the ground beef and sauté with vegetables until meat is cooked. Drain if you wish.
  3. In a small bowl, make the sauce combining: soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, sriracha, and garlic.
  4. Bring water to boil in a separate pot, and cook the ramen noodles for 2 minutes (do not use the seasoning packets). Drain.
  5. Add cooked ramen noodles to the skillet with the meat & vegetables and pour prepared sauce over everything. Toss to combine.
