Ingredients:

oil of choice (grapeseed, olive, vegetable)
onion, chopped
red bell pepper, chopped
head broccoli
carrot, peeled & chopped into half-moons
ground beef (or other ground meat)
soy sauce
brown sugar
apple cider vinegar
sriracha
clove garlic, minced
ramen noodles, packets discarded
Instructions:
- In a large skillet/pot, heat oil and add all the chopped vegetables. Sauté until almost tender.
- Add the ground beef and sauté with vegetables until meat is cooked. Drain if you wish.
- In a small bowl, make the sauce combining: soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, sriracha, and garlic.
- Bring water to boil in a separate pot, and cook the ramen noodles for 2 minutes (do not use the seasoning packets). Drain.
- Add cooked ramen noodles to the skillet with the meat & vegetables and pour prepared sauce over everything. Toss to combine.
