Overview
- Place all ingredients into the bread machine and select KNEAD setting.
- Shape dough into 12 rounds and allow to rise.
- Bake rolls in the oven for 20 minutes.
Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water
2 tbs butter
2 cups flour
2 tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
25 ounces yeast (1 envelope)
Only 20 minute bake time!
Directions
- Place ingredients into bread-machine, starting with wet ingredients & finishing with the yeast:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 envelope yeast (25 ounces)
- Use the KNEAD setting of your bread-machine to knead the dough.
- Remove dough from the bread-machine and divide into 12 equal pieces.
- Shape the pieces into balls and place on greased pan. Cover and let rise in a warm area for about 30 minutes or until they have doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake rolls until golden brown on top, about 20 minutes.
