Overview

  1. Place all ingredients into the bread machine and select KNEAD setting.
  2. Shape dough into 12 rounds and allow to rise.
  3. Bake rolls in the oven for 20 minutes.

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup water

2 tbs butter

2 cups flour

2 tbs sugar

1/2 tsp salt

25 ounces yeast (1 envelope)

Only 20 minute bake time!

Directions

  1. Place ingredients into bread-machine, starting with wet ingredients & finishing with the yeast:
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 tbs butter
    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 tbs sugar
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 envelope yeast (25 ounces)
  2. Use the KNEAD setting of your bread-machine to knead the dough.
  3. Remove dough from the bread-machine and divide into 12 equal pieces.
  4. Shape the pieces into balls and place on greased pan. Cover and let rise in a warm area for about 30 minutes or until they have doubled in size.
  5. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake rolls until golden brown on top, about 20 minutes.
