This is what I felt like after February’s Cindy. I overdid it. I underestimated this workout. It took me a week to recover.

Going into this workout, my thoughts were: “5 pull-ups – so easy”, “I can muster through those push-ups”, and “what’s 15 squats when other workouts have me doing 50”. “Piece of cake”. So I added a 3km jog to warm-up. Maybe not my best decision.

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the following three exercises:

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 squats

Repercussions: I’m behind schedule with my New Year’s Resolutions now. Whoops 😦 But look at my better results 🙂

  • February: 14 full rounds

I will keep it to a sprinkling of short recovery walks for the next few days.
