- 800m run
- 50 deadlifts

Meet the Needs
- A weight to lift for the deadlifts. A barbell, dumbells, or jugs of vinegar would do well :0
- A treadmill, if this will be an indoor workout for you.

I used the barbell without any added weights 🙂
Aftermath
| Achievable: | This was a longer workout for me, but managed to squeak it in under 40 minutes. |
| Main Challenge: | I tried 65lbs for my deadlifts, but quickly realized this was too much for the 150 repetitions. So, I decided to use a 45lb barbell instead. I still had to break up the sets of 50 into… 10s and 15s to creep my way up to the required 50. |
| Most Enjoyable: | My numerous water breaks… seriously. |
