  • This workout can be done outside without equipment.
  • The step-ups can be done using your front steps.
  • The squats can be body weight only.

Indoor:

  • A treadmill & an elevation to step on.
Running shoes help!

enjoyed this workout. I did a slow 400m to warm up prior to the workout.

Aftermath

Achievable:Totally achievable in under 26 minutes.
Main Challenge:Getting up & putting on exercise clothes 🙂
Most Enjoyable:Jogging outside on a beautiful autumn day.
