Aftermath

Achievable:My goal is to achieve over 3 km each run day. So far – so good!
Main Challenge:Working out on weekends. When I committed to the program, I didn’t realize there were no days off. Yikes!!!
So, it’s March 17th and I’m on the 12th workout. I’m a little behind in the program; what else is new 🙂
Most Enjoyable:I really enjoyed the ‘plank rotations’. I’ve never done that exercise before and it felt great!
