Kitchen Kit
- Two bowls – one medium, the other large
- A donut pan or a mini-muffin pan
Ingredients
- 1 tsp apple cider or white vinegar
- 2/3 c milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp coconut or vegetable oil
- 1 c flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
How To
- Combine first four ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk well.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease your pan (donuts or donut holes)
- In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour wet into dry and immediately into your prepared pan.
- Bake 15 minutes, and cool.

The recipe only makes 6-8 donuts, I might double up the recipe next time!
I slathered them with melted chocolate, since that’s the way we roll in our chocolate-loving-household!
