Kitchen Kit

  • Two bowls – one medium, the other large
  • A donut pan or a mini-muffin pan

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp apple cider or white vinegar
  • 2/3 c milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp coconut or vegetable oil
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

How To

  1. Combine first four ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk well.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease your pan (donuts or donut holes)
  3. In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour wet into dry and immediately into your prepared pan.
  4. Bake 15 minutes, and cool.
