- No equipment needed for workouts 5-8. Wonderful for home workouts!

Pretty straight forward; just have to put in the sweat equity.

Aftermath
| Achievable: | Yes, it’s achievable. If I missed a day, I would easily double up a run day with a circuit day. |
| Main Challenge: | Day 8’s “sitting twists” and “crunch kicks” gave me a rude awakening that I haven’t done these kind of exercises for awhile! Major twisty-crunchy-challenge! |
| Most Enjoyable: | We are out of the freezing temperatures finally, so the outdoor jogs were spectacular! |
