- mason jar
- sprouting lid or cheesecloth
How To
- Buy sprouting seeds.
- Add 1 tbs. sprouting seeds into mason jar. Soak in filtered water for 8 hours.
- Pour out water. Let jar sit inverted for 12 hours.
- Next day, rinse sprouting seeds – pour out water – let sit inverted for 12 hours.
- Continue step #4 for 4-5 days.
For Example:
After my initial soaking day, I rinse the seeds @ 10 am and 10 pm each day for 4-5 days. Always using filtered water.
