Kitchen Kit

  • mason jar
  • sprouting lid or cheesecloth

How To

  1. Buy sprouting seeds.
  2. Add 1 tbs. sprouting seeds into mason jar. Soak in filtered water for 8 hours.
  3. Pour out water. Let jar sit inverted for 12 hours.
  4. Next day, rinse sprouting seeds – pour out water – let sit inverted for 12 hours.
  5. Continue step #4 for 4-5 days.

For Example:

After my initial soaking day, I rinse the seeds @ 10 am and 10 pm each day for 4-5 days. Always using filtered water.
