Today’s Workout

I totally wish I could say I sprinted! More like a fast jog.

Meet the Needs

  • A mat
  • A treadmill (or outdoor sprints)

Pressing ‘stop’ once on my treadmill allowed me to jump quickly back on for the next round. It also kept track of my total run showing 1.4 km (7 x 200m) by the end of the workout.

Aftermath

Doable:Under 25min.
Scaled: push-ups on knees
Main Challenge:The sheer number of rounds. At round #5 I was feeling it.
Most Enjoyable:The squats: 10 @ a time @ body weight = totally delightful!
