Confession: I totally procrastinated doing this workout!

Meet the Needs

  • A barbell (or any weight to hold during squats and push-presses)
  • A pull-up bar
  • A treadmill (or outdoor run)

Aftermath

How doable was this:Don’t shy away from this one. Easier than it looks. 10/10
I Scaled the pull-ups, and stood on a band.
Main Challenge:First thing in the morning, running fast was ambitious.
Most Enjoyable:I liked the push-presses, since I haven’t done them in awhile.

I’m a slowpoke and managed to do this workout in under 20 minutes.
