Confession: I totally procrastinated doing this workout!

Meet the Needs
- A barbell (or any weight to hold during squats and push-presses)
- A pull-up bar
- A treadmill (or outdoor run)
Aftermath
| How doable was this: | Don’t shy away from this one. Easier than it looks. 10/10 I Scaled the pull-ups, and stood on a band. |
| Main Challenge: | First thing in the morning, running fast was ambitious. |
| Most Enjoyable: | I liked the push-presses, since I haven’t done them in awhile. |
I’m a slowpoke and managed to do this workout in under 20 minutes.
