Today’s Workout:

I was a little busy worrying about the world on the 20th,

so I totally worked out the next day.

Aftermath:

Doable:Scaled:
push-ups – on knees
ring rows – barely moved…but tried hard 🙂
Main Challenge:Ring rows.
Even with bent legs, I could barely get my posterior off the ground.
Most Enjoyable:Tie between air squats & sit-ups.
