Today’s Workout

I totally love sandwiches!

Meet the Needs

  • A treadmill or an outdoor run
  • A pull up bar
  • A mat

Last night my family took guesses on how long it would take me to do this workout. One guessed 20 minutes, the other guessed 15-17 minutes.

He, he,…just saying, they both lost the bet!

Aftermath

Achievable:An under 20 minute workout.
Main Challenge:The 20 burpees.
Most Enjoyable:Doing 30 sit-ups without breaking it down 🙂
