Meet the Needs

  • A kettlebell
  • Dumbells

This workout’s equipment needs can definitely be substituted. Instead of a kettlebell and dumbells you could easily use a bag of flour. Look around your house, and find a creative and suitable weight!

Aftermath

Mentally, this workout was a lot tougher than I thought. Going into it, I was thinking “anything after the set of 10s will be easier”. Wrong. By the time I got to the set of 7s, I had to lower my dumbell weight. Clearly, I overestimated the amount of weight I could do for the thrusters. All the sets down to 6 reps were difficult.

Performable score:10/10 Reasonable to complete in under 15 minutes.
Main Challenge:Sets 10,9,8,7 were all very challenging.
Most Enjoyable:Sets 3,2,1.
