  • optional: a band to stand on to help do a pull-up

Cindy, the very popular Cross-Fit workout, counts how many rounds of the three exercises you can do in the allotted 20 minutes.

A score of 10 rounds or more is achievable!

Aftermath

Performable:9/10 A band to stand on during the pull-ups, and knee push-ups made it achievable.
Main Challenge:Push-ups for sure!
Most Enjoyable:The band assisted pull-ups were actually fun.
