One of my new year’s resolutions is to improve my core strength. Let’s do this!

- A treadmill or outdoor run

| Performable: | 10/10 It’s totally feasible to do this workout in under 28 minutes. |
| Main Challenge: | Sit-ups. I had to break them down & rest quite a bit. |
| Most Enjoyable: | Jogging the last km. Yahoo, I’m almost done! |
