One of my new year’s resolutions is to improve my core strength. Let’s do this!

  • A treadmill or outdoor run

Aftermath

Performable:10/10 It’s totally feasible to do this workout in under 28 minutes.
Main Challenge:Sit-ups. I had to break them down & rest quite a bit.
Most Enjoyable:Jogging the last km. Yahoo, I’m almost done!
