My Week’s Workout Roster
It’s January 6, 2021… a historic day for sure. First, a quick morning workout.

Today’s Workout
I will absolutely CHIP away at this one!

Meet the Needs
- a mat
- a box or similar surface to jump/step on and off
- a kettlebell
Well, I thought I’d take hours to complete this workout since I consider the burpee to be the most unpleasant exercise under the sun. The only way I got through it, was telling myself “just do two more”.
I found out this workout can be done in under 20 minutes.
Aftermath
| Accomplishable Score: | 7/10 it’s a toughie. Burpees are brutal. |
| Main Challenge: | Burpees & lightheadedness…lots of up & down 😦 |
| Most Enjoyable: | I genuinely enjoyed the 30 lunges. |
