The first full week of workouts for the New Year begins. Here is my week’s schedule:

Today’s Workout

I totally want a Baseline

Baseline: Today was the first time I did this particular workout. I was surprised!

Meet the Needs

  1. A rower
  2. A mat

Aftermath

A basic workout which seems to end before it starts. The entire workout can easily be completed in under 12 minutes.

Accomplishable Score:10/10 Super easy. I think I pushed myself.
Main Challenge:I think I could try to row faster 😉
Most Enjoyable:All of it!
